Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say the lads came out today and fitted the door, they have made a really good job of it, and they have both shown that they have a great eye for attention to detail.

The overall process of choosing, ordering and having the door installed has been exactly as you said it would be at every stage, this is not to be under estimated or under sold as it is a rare quality that is missing from many companies that we have dealt with over the last few months.

Dear All at Lockwood Windows. Thursday last week we were the target of burglars. Not a lot was taken from the property but quite a lot of damage was sustained to our recently fitted windows to the rear of the property, as they obviously struggled to break through the lock and frame, and ended up smashing the glass to gain entry.

Not knowing exactly what to do next, in the near panic of the situation and the time fast approaching 5 p.m. we rang Lockwood Windows for some advice! Raymond answered the phone and suggested that we get a reputable company to temporarily board up the window - then, "no" he said that he would come and do it himself, even though that was not part of their business. Raymond had an appointment to keep but duely arrived, kept his word and boarded up the window.

The following day as I arrived home from work, the phone rang - it was Raymond asking us if the fitters from Lockwood Windows could come and replace the broken section of the window complete with new glass. All of this in less than 24 hours! Over and above the call of duty shall we say! Best customer care and service! We couldn't ask for more!

Just had a composite door fitted and I love it. I highly recommend Composite Doors Yorkshire. The gentleman, I think he was called Raymond, who came to measure up and helped us in the showroom was great and really helpful. Mark and Matthew, the fitters, were so professional and clean.They did a great job of fitting them. So pleased and now draft free. 

Excellent service, excellent fitters, they checked with us that we were happy with every window and door replaced. They replaced every window and patio doors, previously had white, now anthracite grey, looks fabulous . Highly recommend, could not fault. 5 stars.

We had Lockwood come and give us a quote for composite doors and new windows, and even though we kept changing our requirements they were always willing to adapt and change with us. There was absolutely no pressure and the next step was always up to us, not like some companies I've dealt with.

The fitting was done to a very high standard and anything that was not perfect was corrected or replaced with absolutely no fuss.
